An inspection includes review of over 500 items in the home when they are accessible to the home inspector including: Roofing, attic, crawlspace, attached garage and carport, exterior of chimney, exterior wall components, windows, doors, attached decks and awnings, grounds and retaining walls that affect the dwelling, visual framing, heating, ventilation and A/C, plumbing, electrical, insulation, floor and wall finishes for major defects, cabinets, appliances, fireplace working order, and everything in the restroom.
